• If your delivery is either not what you ordered or you believe it to be faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery by email

  • We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any product that you're not satisfied with in the event it is not what you ordered, damaged or faulty. We may ask you to provide information such as photos for your claim.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • If the item is not what was ordered, it must be returned in its original condition and be resellable. Please note: We do not accept returns of any item that has been used, unless deemed faulty.

  • We will not accept any returns for refunds or replacements unless previously notified via email




  • Once refund is accepted by Creative Celebrations By Bec your refund will be credited to the original form a payment and purchase method. 

  • This includes Gift Vouchers and products redeemed via a Gift Voucher.

  • Please note Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Any questions please email

  • Creative Celebrations By Bec can supply evidence of refund but once refund is made we hold no responsibility on timing of refund to your original payment method.
